How to update your credentials and GSTIN

To update your email address:

1. Log into the Supplier Panel and click on ‘Support’. 
2. Click on the ‘Account’ tab, select ‘I want to change my registered email address’ and raise a ticket. 
3. Fill in your current email address, fill in your new email address, add the reason for the change in the description box and click on ‘Submit’. 
4. You will receive an email with new login credentials.
   

To update your phone number:

1. Log into the Supplier Panel and click on ‘Support’. 
2. Click on the ‘Account’ tab, select ‘I want to change my registered phone number’
3. Add your new number, add the reason for change in the description box and click on ‘Submit’ to raise a ticket. 
   

Meesho does not allow you to change your GSTIN number. You will have to create a new account with the new GSTIN you wish to use. 

To update your password, click on “Forgot password” on the Supplier Panel login page and reset your password. You’re all ready to start selling on Meesho!
