How to Manage Inventory

Here’s how to manage product inventory, list products, restock catalogs and update inventory listings on Meesho. 

To start off with, visit the Supplier Panel and click on the ‘Inventory’ tab. Here, you’ll find 4 sections:

1. The ‘Active’ tab - Find all your live catalogs’ information here, both for those in stock as well as out of stock. 

2. The ‘Activation Pending’ tab - Find a list of catalogs that have passed the quality check but haven’t gone live yet.

3. The ‘Blocked’ tab - Find all blocked catalogs along with a reason why they have been blocked. 

4. The ‘Paused’ tab - Find a list of products you have put on hold and are currently not selling. 

If you click on the ‘Active’ tab, you’ll find three sections: ‘All stock’, ‘Out of Stock’ and ‘Low Stock’. 

To edit inventory, click the edit button, update the inventory and save it. 

To edit inventory of multiple catalogs, click ‘Bulk Stock Update’ and download the inventory sheet. Update stock number beside the products in the sheet, save it and upload it using the same button. 

To add new variants of products, click ‘Add New Variation’ to the side of the product, add the variation, update the stock count & SKU ID and save it. 

To pause a product, click on the ‘Active’ tab and click on ‘Pause’ to the side of the product. The product then moves to the ‘Paused’ tab and the stock is auto-updated to 0. 

You will find 3 sections under the ‘Blocked’ tab: ‘Duplicate’, ‘Poor Quality’ and ‘Others’.
